返品、返金について

■ 製品の不備・不良、破損による返品・交換について（往復の送料は当方で負担します）

お届けした製品に不備や不良がございましたら、お手数ですが到着より14日以内に当方までメールにてご連絡ください。その際に、件名に返品事由を記入いただき、状態のわかる写真を添付いただけますと助かります。
同一製品の再製作が可能か否かを確認の上、交換又は返品・返金の対応をさせて頂きます。

■ お客様都合による返品・交換（往復の送料はお客様自身のご負担となります）

製品の到着後、イメージと違う、ご注文間違いなど、お客様のご都合による返品・交換をご希望の場合は、到着後14日以内に当方までメールにてご連絡ください。
原則として付属品も含めて未使用の状態に限りお受けいたします。
また、カスタマイズの要望をいただいた製品につきましては、返品交換をお受けできません。

 

Returns & Refunds (if applicable)

■ About returned goods / exchange due to defect, damage of the product (round-trip shipping fee will be borne by us)

If there is any defect in the delivered product, please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of arrival. In that case, please fill out the reason for the return in the subject and attach a picture that shows the condition. After confirming whether the same product can be re-manufactured, we will exchange, return or refund.

■ Returns / Exchanges for customer convenience (round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer)

If you wish to return or exchange the product after arrival, such as a different image or incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of arrival.
In principle, we accept only unused parts, including accessories. In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products for which customization has been requested.

■ Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a request through your customer account.

After withdrawal notice, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Return shipping costs: You bear the cost of returning the goods. 

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, digital content once download has begun.
